Reservations We look forward to welcoming you!   To guarantee  your reservation, we ask for 50% of the total rental at time of booking. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 15 days of your arrival, pre-payment of the full amount is due at time of booking.  We will confirm the billing details via email. Please note: all arrangements are on pre-paid basis.  Thank you.     Cancellations In the event you have to cancel at any time, please be advised that unless we receive notice at least 15 days prior to date of arrival, no refunds will be forthcoming.  Cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival date will receive the deposit amount less $35 processing fee . Cancellations 14 days or less - no refund. We will, however, make every effort to rebook your rental dates.    If we are able to do so, we will return your payment less a $35 processing fee. If we are unable to rebook the suite, we will issue you a credit for a future stay to be used within one year.  There will be no refunds or credits for late arrivals or premature departures.   For monthly stays (30 days or more)  -   Rent prepayment schedules will be discussed on an individual basis. A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellation by guest or  termination by host.
